Description The ISG Account Manager (Client Relationship Manager) will implement
sales strategies and maintain existing business by providing strategic
account planning and market analysis. Focus on integrating
Telecommunications and IT expense management solutions using ISG's
products and services.
The Account Manager position was developed to augment, enhance
and leverage the existing Sales Channels. As a Key Member
of a customer driven organization this individual will play a significant
cross functional leadership role with sales, marketing, engineering
and customer service. More specifically, this person will:
- Execute sales strategy; work with and be a vital member of a quickly growing
and changing organization while playing a leadership role with sales support
- Provide management with perspective and key insight on market place dynamics
- Implement sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing client
base
- Create detailed product presentations
- Manage marketing/sales material
- Manage supply/delivery requirements
- Acts as point of contact for assigned clients
Education and Experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Team-Oriented; Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and process improvement initiative

• Supervisory experience
• Four-year business/marketing/technical college degree required
• MBA or Masters in a related field a plus
Requires at least three of auditing or related experience or an equivalent combination of experience
• Requires working knowledge of internal auditing, preferably in the
telecommunications industry
• Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently.
• Must be creative and self-motivated with a take-charge attitude.
